I’m Bill Maetschke and I have been a musician most of my life. I started a band at 13, joined a locally-successful band at 16, and traveled playing music for 50 weeks a year for five years at 20. I married my wonderful wife, Sharon, at 26. We have two adult sons who have given me three perfect grandchildren. I got my degree in Recording Industry Management at Middle Tennessee State University at 36 and worked in Nashville for a major publishing company for four years. In 1995, we moved home to New Albany. I have worked at Lexus of Louisville for 20 years. I still like to rock and Trinity’s wonderful Praise Band, which I have led for 16 years, allows me to do just that. We do much of the Arena Christian bands’ songs and a little Chris Tomlin and David Crowder, as well. I am very blessed to lead the casual worship service at Trinity Church.
