Dr. David K. Lamb

Meet Dr. David K. Lamb, Director of Music.  Dr. Lamb is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music where he was an associate instructor in Choral Conducting, serving as the Assistant Conductor of the IU Singing Hoosiers, and the Associate Conductor of the IU All-Campus Choirs.  He spent 20 years as a public-school choral director at High Schools in Charlestown and Seymour, Indiana, Dr. Lamb is also a former adjunct instructor of music at Indiana University/Purdue University at Columbus.  Dr. Lamb joined Trinity Church in 2014. Prior to coming to Trinity Church, he served at First United Methodist Church in Columbus, IN. He has presented guest organ concerts in 29 states and Washington DC as well as international concert engagements in Europe.  Dr. Lamb’s professional experiences include work in the realms of concert organist, choral director, church organist, chorister, solo singer, voice teacher, pit player, music administrator, public school teacher, college instructor, workshop leader, clinician, and recording artist.  “Serving at Trinity Church is one of the most appreciated and cherished experiences of my professional career.  I am blessed to share musical experiences with the choir and congregation of Trinity Church.”
